Moment Native Messenger Issues

Hey guys, couldn't find anything threads on this, but the issue i'm having is when i use a special tone for my message notification, unless i touch the notification area specifically, it just keeps playing the tone, no matter what i press, until i touch the pull down notification window. Is there any way to fix this, or perhaps a better application i can use, and disable the double notification issue i was getting with the last one i tried, thanks

are you saying that the tone keeps playing over and over non stop?

on my notification tone it only plays once.

what kind of special tone you talking about? a ringtone?
