I recently launched my Money Management app (Google Play Store link) in several different countries, and it currently supports Dollar, Euro, Pound and Yen currencies.
It is a simple and effective way to manage your finances passively --- giving general overviews of your money. The app shows disposable income / overspending, trends over time, but also provides some useful tips on saving / budgeting, as well as the ability to create goals towards things you are saving for.
