I realize this is all speculation, but which do you guys think will have the more active dev group, the Vivid or Skyrocket? My first Android phone has been the Moto Atrix, and it took a while for the development to get going (mostly due to the lock BL.)
I'm currently leaning towards the Vivid, but I'm a little concerned that it will be a small volume seller and therefor have a smaller dev group. Will the SGSII roots of the Skyrocket help get development off the ground quicker?
I love HTC. I had AT&T's 8125, 8525, and the OG Tilt is still my super backup phone before spending a couple generations on the Dark Fruit Side. I'd just like to get a good phone that stands a good chance of getting CM7 or AOSP at some time before I want something else (which at the pace things are going will probably be next week.)
