so apparently. They didn't save my waiting list deal at sprint last saturday. They now say that they will cal in 2-3 days. The lady who helped me will find the guy who made the mistake. I now have a confirmation number and I have never wanted to smack a sprint employee more for the terrible waiting for nothing. I feel like I deserve a reward being a customer for all these years.
