Well I don't know what I did wrong but tried to get twrp on and said was an error, same for COT. :banghead: I don't understand. I thought I could easily flash over xionia since xionia is a custom recovery?

What method are you using to try and flash

I'm flashing this as if this was a rom. I guess i need adb but why?

Ok then the file you were trying to flash is a .zip right? Either way you can use the img file for either of them with an app called flash image gui
It's on play store for 1$ or free on xda if you Google it

I used flash image gui and it said something about missing. IMG file. Maybe the download for COT was a wrong one. Do you or someone have the correct download since the one in the forum didn't seem to work for me? Thanks in advance!

Well I am just going to give up since i have been trying all day to get this thing on my phone! The link worked but i still get the dreaded unknown error-so frustrating just to get goo to flash roms, a shame since goo only works for Cot & Twrp which i can't get either one on this stupid thing. Maybe xionia doesnt want me to have it replaced

As stated in my other forum post, I finally got it working. Question is how to get goomanager to let me browse compatible roms for my phone
