More Set up type issues?

First issue, I have some files on OneNote that I would like to email. When I click the PaperClip ,OneNote isn't listed as an option to get a file. How do I get that option?

Second, My printer is set up for CloudPrint. It works with my Tablet, PC, and phone flawlessly. For some reason CloudPrint on my PixelBook will not work. It will que up the job, but indicates that the printer is unavailable. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get this to work?

My Google Assistant is far from helpful.

I did that on my PC. Cloud Print works on my other devices. Just with the Pixelbook when I try to print I get a notice that the printer is not responding. But if I try to print via my tablet , it will print with no hesitation.
 
I tried again as you suggested . I did the set on chrome Print on the PixelBook. I made sure that the printer wasn't resting. The set up found my printer. When I tried to print I got this message: "This printer isn't available right now". Yet it Still prints fine with the tablet. I then tried with my phone, but it failed to print.
The printer and the wifi are same. Cloud Print is pulling up the same printer on all 3 devices.

There is a chrome flag named Enable Cloud Print Handler. Maybe that needs to be enabled:

"Use the new cloud printer handler for communicating with the cloud print server, instead of the cloud print interface in the Print Preview WebUI."

Just a shot in the dark, really. I've never used cloud print.
 
Thanks Guys, the second issue is solved. The printer is now working. I had to call Google to get it done. It is now set up as a direct printer rather than Cloud Print.

Now the the first issue.
