Moto 360 constantly needs to be repaired with Bluetooth on Nexus 6p

Hi all... Anyone else having issues with the Moto 360 Gen1 and the Nexus 6p? I have no issues with getting it paired and keeping it connected via Android wear BUT if I don't use it for a few days and try to reconnect it, it won't connect. The only way I can get it to connect it hard reset of the watch and to repair via Bluetooth. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That's just Android Wear. Just restart your watch; I haven't had a need for a full reset.

I do restart the watch and my phone and I can never get it to reconnect. The only way is hard reset the watch and to pair it again to the phone
