Picked up the new 360 yesterday and took it to my work out. Surprisingly, the heart rate was pretty close when compared to my trainers blood pressure monitor so that's good. My question is how do I get Fit to just start a generic workout and record the time, heart rate and calories burned? If Fit won't do it, what is an app that I can download to use? I know Moto Body is meant for running but i'm not a runner. I do circuit training. I see a "Cicruit Training" activity in the Fit app on my phone and I added it to my favorites. When I went to start an activity on my watch, I didn't see this option. It just showed running, cycling, walking, push up challenge, etc..
