Moto 360 Vibrate is too loud

Anyone else with the 360 think that the vibrate when getting a call is crazy loud? Any way of controlling this?
I find that if I am anywhere quiet, you can hear when I get a call just from the vibration on my wrist. It was not loud like this on the Galaxy Gear.

Also, can I use the 360 to disable my lockscreen when I am in range without using Tasker? I had this feature originally with my gear but I don't see it in Android Wear. Right now I use Tasker to do the job.

There are other apps in google play that do this. I use pebble locker (it also supports android wear). Just fyi, you need to pay for the wear support in pebble locker.

I use SkipLock for this. It is a great app, feels like part of the ROM, and also supports bypassing the lock screen when connected to certain Wi-Fi networks.
