Moto E 2nd. Gen. 4g problem

Can anyone help me with the problem I am having with my phone? When I first start up get 4g just fine, but after a while it drops to 3g (staying in the same place). If I run a memory boost, then hit airplane mode on/off it goes back to 4g for a while, then drops again. why is this happening and us there any way to fix it? Thanks
