Moto E (2nd gen): can't get out of talk mode. How can I get out?

I got into a mode where the phone only talks about a lesson. I touch an icon and the phone tells me what i touched. I can't control any functions. I can't open any of the apps. No response by touch or slide. I don't know what I did to get into this mode.

Hi, welcome to the forums! It looks like you activated the TalkBack option in your accessibly settings. You need to disable it. To navigate through the settings try swiping with two fingers and double tap to select the different options. Tell us how it goes.
