MOTO E stuck on the M screen.

Hi, I bought Moto E a month back and today I restarted the phone and since then it is stuck on this screen.

I retried doing the recovery but after the distress android logo appeared and nothing happened.

Can you please suggest me what to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Which E, the 1st or 2nd gen? Try booting into recovery and wiping the cache partition as described here: https://motorola-global-portal.cust...tail/a_id/99000/p/30,6720,9146/kw/clear cache

If that doesn't work, bring the phone back to the store and ask for a replacement. If they can't help, contact Motorola for warranty service.
