Open the side menu in the AC app, select settings and clear the cache. This should fix the problem.

Strange. Clearing the cache worked for other members with the same problem. Try this way. Clear the cache again, exit the app using the back key, open the recent apps and remove the AC app from the overview. Open the app again. If no go maybe you need to clear data in settings - apps - Android Central - storage. After this you'll need to enter your account information again.
