Moto G 3 Overheat while charging as well as in Wifi.

Hi,
I have been taken marshmallow update and everything was going smooth.But for the past 3 weeks my device is getting heated while charging as well while using in wifi..I have tried to use 500mah charger and heating issue while charging is resolved..But if use my phone with wifi on,its temperature crosses around 40 degree Celsius with in 5 minutes. I have removed some apps,done wiping cache partition still it exists.used some cooler apps for cpu..Only thing left is a factory reset.

So guys,do you have any suggestion before doing reset, any thing i can try to figure it out the culprit?

Welcome back! Does it only heat up on the charger if you're actively using the phone? What if it's plugged in and idle?

Show us a screenshot of your Settings>Battery menu after it's heated up for a while, so we can see if there's a particular app that seems to be using most of the battery: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...ide-how-post-screenshots-android-central.html
