Moto G: Does an ongoing Alarm eventually timeout?

Hello,

I recently bought a Moto G and I frequently set an alarm on the built-in clock app. It turns out that I left my phone at work and I have an alarm set for 6:30 am tomorrow morning. Once the alarm goes off at work at 6:30 am will it keep going until I eventually make my way in and turn it off (or when someone chucks my phone at a wall in anger), or will the alarm eventually give up after about 5-10 mins? I have not tested this myself because I never thought of it before this happened.

Not sure if it's the same with the Moto G, but in Samsung ones yes, the alarm eventually times out if you just leave it on.

Do you mean that it will eventually stop when the battery runs out after 3 hours?

No it'll stop after a few minutes.

Open alarm, select settings, look for silence after option, set the time you want it to go silent or stop, etc.
