Moto G4 android 7.0 FRP

I have a Moto G4 XT1621 android 7.0
I can't get past the google account, can somebody please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Did the phone belong to someone else before? If so, they have to properly remove their Google account from the phone before doing a factory reset -- otherwise, FRP is activated, which means you need that person's Google account and password to get to the next step. There is no way around this.
