You could phone Motorola Customer Care to confirm.
Have you received the November security patch which was rolled out some days back (in Dec) in India and some other regions ?

No... it will receive updates based on the device, not it's physical location.

Go to Settings - About Phone and look for the "Software Channel" and tell us what it says there please.
