Moto g5 plus sends multiple text messages. But recipients are not receiving them.

I work with several clients and send a mass group sms message out weekly to over 20+ ppl. My phone shows that it was sent but they are not receiving it. (I do get that deny or allow message, that pops up)

Before i had my moto g5 i had a Samsung note & I did not have any problems.

Any help would be great!

Make sure that the messaging app is set up the same way for group SMS - individual messages or an MMS. It can be done either way, and one way may not be working for you (for one of many reasons).
