Moto g7 Optimo Maxx - Backup from Drive issues

So, about two weeks ago I got the latest update to my Moto g7, this past weekend the phone performed a factory reset (long story) and it must have reverted to a previous version because I am unable to select the latest backup from Google Drive.

8/29 - Android version updated
9/5 - Backed up on Google Drive
9/5 - Factory reset

Cannot select the 9/5 backup from Drive due to phone going back to a previous Android version.

Any help or ideas will be appreciated.
