Moto voice not working right

My Moto voice app not responding to "Okay Google Now".

Tried to enter into the app to reset the trigger command, but the "Voice" button isn't working, The other 3 buttons work, and the "Voice" button changes background just like it would when touched, but doesn't go to another page to change commands.

Running Moto X 2nd Gen, version 5.1 lollipop from Verizon. Any ideas?

Same for me on Moto Z.

Wanted to try to reenable Moto Voice to try if I can unlock the phone with Moto Voice by now. The first time it was opening a window where I had a "enable" switch" but it closed and now it's like you are describing.
