Moto Voice: What are you calling your Turbo?

Sticking with OK Droid Turbo...

I've tried a few of my own phrases and they just don't seem to work as well as one with Turbo in it.

I just recently got this phone and I went with "Okay Turbo". It works fine, and I prefer to distinguish it between Google voice, for which I use "Okay Google". I guess something like "Okay phone" would make sense (but isn't very creative). Maybe even giving a name to the phone would be a good idea, though it might be awkward if people around you have that name..or I could give it my own name.

I use... "Turbo get at me" and I'm not embarrassed at all. Most people think it's cool 😎 💭I should get some theme music 🎶 to go along with it when I say it. 💭

I used that for a long time, but it became problematic. It would think I was talking to it at odd, inconvenient, totally incorrect times. Like in the middle of a job interview, once. Just sitting there chatting and suddenly my phone is making that "bloop" I'm-listening sounds. A long series of sentences from the discussion were transcribed into Google search (with no results) when I finally was able to look at the phone afterward. :-/ Did it during client meetings and just normal conversations with people, too.

Maybe I should try "listen up, dummy." :p

I had the same issue, even the television would set it off at times. This thread prompted me to change it. "Kirk to Enterprise" is not only appropriate for me, but it works nearly every time whereas "OK Turbo", while it would hit for no reason would not trigger after 2-3 tries when I really wanted it to.
