Additional Info: I was a moderator for Android Central for many years (you can also check my post history/get references from the staff) and have sold multiple phones and accessories in this forum, as well as Crackberry. Examples of past sales are here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here. I did most of my selling before the feedback forum here existed, but I do have a couple of more recent buyers that were kind enough to leave feedback for me here and here. I also have over 15 years of perfect feedback on eBay. So buy with confidence!

As for the phone - I really love this phone. I actually bought it AFTER I already had my Nexus 5 for a while, because of it's really cool Moto features like voice commands from sleep and contextual awareness of changing settings for when I'm driving/at home/etc., and of course my favorite feature - the AMOLED screen that allows on-screen notifications when the phone is asleep without wasting battery. Amazing.

Instead of using this phone and my tablet, I'm compromising and getting a device in the phablet range. But if you want a phone that you can actually use in one and that fits very comfortably in your pocket, I don't think you can beat this phone for the price.

Motorola is doing a "Soak Test" for their Lollipop update, so I updated this bad boy to Android 5.0.2 a few weeks before it will be released to the public in their "over-the-air" update. I cannot believe how fast this phone flies compared to KitKat 4.4.4 - it has lots and lots of life left in it.

Oh, and since this phone is under a year old it is still under Motorola's factory warranty (see pics).
