My ETA for mine we Nov.12 and i got it on the 10th. I just ordered a exchange today and the ETA for that is the 18th. wouldnt mind it coming in sooner than that. oh and dont worry about a tracking # or shipping e-mail, seems as if Motorola like to "Forget" to send them...

I ordered mine last Monday and got it Friday afternoon. No shipping notice; just showed up. Good surprise!

I hope mine comes in early too! I have an ETA of Monday the 17th. The tracking says it's coming from China... Is that good/bad?

I ordered it on the 7th and got it Monday morning of the 10th! Not bad turn around time. But I had no special engravings or wood. Pretty plain Jane config if you see the photos.

It is just my luck. I order the phone on the 11th with an ETA for the 17th. I just receive an email stating that my order is on hold pending confirmation. So I call to confirm the order. I was told sometimes the system select orders for this process for customer safety. It's my freaking luck!!!. So I know now my order wont be here the 17th since I was told the confirmation can take up to 24h... Cool!...Not really!!! Plus they couldn't confirm where the phone is comming from... my luck...CHINA!

I doubt you'll will take that long. I've ordered twice and its gotten to my home way earlier. I think thats the case for several others on this forum.

Motorola tends to under promise and over deliver.

Should turn out just fine.

Yeah mines in China and ETA i s the 18th. But I'll be surprised if it takes that long. Usually at least a day or two early

I ordered my Moto X on Nov 11, it was shipped from China and was held up in customs in China until Nov 15. It "appears" that it's currently in Memphis, TN at the FedEx location with an ETA of Nov 19 (initially Nov 17). meh,,,

Have to say, I'm kind of disappointed in the Royal Blue. In reality, it looks a lot closer to the moto maker "Blue."

Just ordered your phone ( the royal blue with red trim) but mine has a black screen. I can't wait for it to get here. I decided to order a moto x after playing with the nexus 6 tonight at a tmobile. I think it will be too big for my needs. I haven't cancelled the order. I'll probably sell the n6 when it arrives. I can't wait for it to get here.

I just ordered a blue, black, blue 32gb from the UK Moto Maker store to replace a Nexus 5.

Very excited, I see this as a "Nexus 5.5" (lol) and the Nexus 6 is just too big for my needs!

An update on my order... Place on Nov 11th with an ETA for Nov 17th. Got an email on the 13th that the order was on hold waiting confirmation, call right away and confirm the order... Got an email on the 14th that the phone was entering production... Call then yesterday to find out more info and was told the phone haven't ship and that they couldn't even told me where was been assemble... Chat with them tonight and was told the order was on backorder waiting for additional components to complete the phone with a date for DEC 1st. I was told the phone was been built here in the US. I happen to just check the MotoMaker website and show the metallic silver trim not available... So is my luck....

I'd do a chat and see if I could change the colors up a bit and get it express shipped. Moto has always helped me out in any way they could if I was not satisfied with something. You could probably end up with a $25 voucher(fee case?) , maybe a premium back or get your original quicker? Never hurts to ask, just be polite and they'll help you out

Man, it's amazing with what people come up if you give them a few customization options to personalize their device. It's very tempting for me to give a "Like" to every single Moto X in this thread.

I try to "thank" each person that posts pics of their actual in-hand devices so others can see how the real things look. The Motomaker site is just too cartoonish in many circumstances. So when real pics are shown, I think it helps others know what they would really be getting.

I was thinking about doing the exact same thing with the engraved Nexus except I would put just Nexus. I thought it might have been kind of lame on my part but I'm glad to know that others are doing it. Great looking phone.
