Moto X 2014 Can you transfer one app at a time?

Just used the migrate app to transfer data from my 2013 Moto X to my new 2014 Moto X. All data made except for my HiNote app that has about 80 notes on it. Is there a way to manually get that app over to my new X? Do I do the migrate again? Or do I have to go and manually reenter all 80 notes. New phone is awesome!

Try this...

1) hook up old x to pc, peek into app folder for hinote, right click the folder for its properties, find out how many total files there are.

2) download hinote app to new x. Hook up to pc, find out how many files you have.

3) transfer the missing files to the new x.

Most likely these file(s) will only be ones that contain data
