Moto x gen 1 screen dosen't turns on???

I was trying to send a text message with the help of the touchless control. But suddenly it asked me to change some setting and then i changed it further it took me to a voice tutorial and that's it I couldn't exit from the tutorial. The phone screen is not turning and its starts to tell the name of the icons that I touch,WHEN I PRESS THE POWER BUTTON TO UNLOCK IT KEEPS REPEATING THE TIME REALLY LOUD. I have no idea what to do now. I have also tried rebooting but it also dosent help

You can try going into Settings>apps>menu>reset app preferences. That might clear everything.
