Moto X Nano Sim and International Travel

Almost about to buy Moto X dev edition but am wondering if I will have trouble finding foreign sim cards when traveling overseas? Or will I have to be prepared to trim them. Travel mostly to Philippines. Thanks for your help.

I'd assume if you can buy an iPhone 5 wherever you travel, you should be fine. Both the iPhone 5 and Moto X use nanoSIM's, so if they are selling iPhone 5's, I'd assume that nanoSIM's are available.
