Moto X overheating, my replacement just arrived

I called Motorola and they sent me a code to make a new one on Moto-maker. I got it today, what is the best way to transfer all my info, Motorola Migrate, or NFC? The Moto X is my first smart phone so I am new to all this. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

I used Motorola Migrate to move stuff from my old one to my new one when I had to get a replacement. Worked great.
