Having issues opening/saving photo & video attachments in the Android E-mail app (not GMail, but the regular e-mail app). I can't seem to either view or save any kind of attachment. I get the "fetching attachment" but it just seems to hang and nothing happens. Then, under Attachments, I select "save" but the attachment is nowhere to be found - not in Gallery, or even in the Downloads app.
Both times I've experienced this, the e-mail is coming from a GMail account. Is something maybe not configured right in my e-mail settings? I'm attaching two screenshots of what I'm looking at when trying to open/save attachments. I was able to view these same attachments from the Mail app on my Mac desktop - just not on my phone.
