Moto x play Heating issue

My new phone Moto x play bought on Sept 22, is now facing excessive heat from a week. It was pretty good, now only this heating is bothering me. That too i feel more heat especially while charging(At home). I use the same turbo charger they provided. But while charging with htc charger(at office) doesn’t provide any heat.

My questions:
1. Does charger possess more heat, will changing the charger reduces heat?
2. Will any apps possess heat, uninstalling them reduces heat?

Hello, welcome to the forums!

Turbo charging will generate more heat than using a normal charger. That's normal, but your phone shouldn't get too hot though. Try not to use the phone while plugged in the turbo charger.

Sometimes the phone will get warmer while on use. Heavy games, long time with screen on, navigation, upload processes running in the background, an app going wild, etc. You could check your battery stats and see if any app shows an unusual high percentage.
