Includes: Original box with all the accessories. TPU Gel case (black), PNY 64gb Micro SD, Extra Moto X Pure original charger (You're getting two charger basically)

I'm not sure, it's a verizon phone, so it uses cdma, not sure if it has GSM capabilities

If it was tmobile, I would be interested. Looks like Verizon may have limited GSM band so I'll pass.
