Moto X Replacement

So I started noticing on my Navy back Moto X that a couple spots on the corner the color looked like it was chipping off. IThen the next day I noticed it on the back two small spots same thing. I contacted Motorola they sent me a code to replace my Moto X. They said it wouldn't work on a wooden Moto X but when I went to design my new one it let me but just charged me the $25 for the wood back. Have any of you used the replacement process? If so how did it work and will my order go through since I got a wood back?

It will. I added a wood back to a replacement had no issues.

I'm getting mine replaced and even though my current phone has a wood back they charged me $25. They said that they'll refund it once my old one is returned. Seems odd but I'm not too worried.
