Moto Z Force Droid- streaming stops after 6 min after screen lock

[AC Question]

Moto Z Force droid Nougat 7 (updated 1/30/17). May have started then, but did not figure it out. This is a new issue that was not present prior. . streaming (iheart, spotify, etc) stops after 6 min after screen goes dark. Not a bluetooth issue. All devices are listed iDoes it with speaker as well. Battery save off. Background data on. reboot many times. Also, I need to have phone unlocked to connect to car. Never had to do that before. I have deleted all bluetooth devices and then re-paired. No change. It took me a bit to realize this was happening. Thought I was loosing signal or something in my building. Does it on wifi and 4g data. I have to push my screen button (not unlock) and stream starts again.

The question at top of post is me before I logged in!!

I booted to safe mode and was able to stream slacker radio without stream stopping 6 or so minutes after screen blanks. I seem to be out of settings to try to rectify the streams stopping after screen goes to sleep. All background wifi/data set to on etc.
