Moto z wont turn on wifi or Bluetooth??

[AC Question]

My moto z randomly turned off my Bluetooth and wifi and now they won't turn on at all. My phone will not read any wifi networks or any Bluetooth devices.

I have already reset my phone, turned it on and off nothing is helping.

Anyone have a solution???

Welcome to Android Central! When you say reset, do you mean a factory reset, or just a simple reboot?

Also, are you saying that the Bluetooth and wi-fi switches in the Settings menu don't move at all when you try to toggle them on there?

I just turned on my Moto Z, activated it. When I try to connect to Wifi networks, it shows no wifi networks on the page. If I go back to settings and come back to the Wifi set up page, it shows that the wifi is off. I can keep turning it on, but the behavior does not change. Any clue on what may be happening. My next step will be to factory reset the phone
