Moto z2 force/pixel 2/pixel 2 xl which one?

looking to upgrade my samsung s6 soon (I'm on verizon and not switching carriers if it matters in this). Was going to get the moto z2 force because I like the simplicity of motorola (plus they have the google now swipe left pane that I love for some reason) and the mods are kinda cool, plus its cheaper than other flagships. Then Pixels come out and I'm thinking 2xl (but wishing it came in the kinda blue that the 2 comes in), then screen issues arrise so I look at one in store and think, ya know, the 2 doesn't have the screen issues and I don't think I care about the big bezels. Then I see google is trying to fix xl with updates so I think maybe the xl. Ok, someone please convince me. For what its worth I'm leaning toward pixels since I really really really hate all the duplicate apps I have to have on my S6 since samsung/verizon can't let me delete them and at least with the pixel I only have to deal with the stupid verizon apps only.

Hello! Well, I think it boils down to what is most important to you:

Motorola Z2 Play
- good battery life based off of reviews
- Moto mods for extended use
- okay camera
- decent size

Pixel 2
- 5.5"
- smaller battery (but I've still heard good things about its performance)
- stock Android
- great camera

Pixel 2 XL
- bigger battery and great battery life based on user reviews here on the forums
- 6"
- stock Android
- great camera

It's a tough choice! I too have been looking at the Z2 Play; and am really into Motorola. The Pixels also have the latest OS installed; and Google now has a two-year warranty on them.

Are you more interested in an overall experience of a phone (ie, the Motorola experience); or are you more intrigued by specs and such?
