Moto z2 hands free

Can anyone tell me how to set a wake up message so I can activate my z2 while driving? Setting up Voice just records lots of "Show me" messages, but they don't wake the phone up.

What do you need to do? If I am driving I use Google, "ok Google" beep "dial {insert name}" ringing

Moto voice no longer has the custom wake word option of the past.
As sad as that is Google Assistant works well.

PS, why make a thread and abandon it?
