Moto Z² Play will be available in Brazil today starting at R$ 1,999, and will rollout globally starting this month.

In the U.S., Moto Z² Play will be available exclusively on Verizon and will be available on Motorola.com later this summer for $499 USD.

Already available in Brazil. All reports from real users are very positive. Battery life is pretty good, smooth and fast performance and the camera is better than in the Z Play. It seems that Lenovo did it again, excellent mid-range.

I'm really looking forward to this one. As soon as it comes out in Canada, my S7 is going up for sale to clear my contract and I'm getting the Z2 Play!

I got a Pixel instead. I went to the only carrier in my province that was supposed to have it and not only was it $200 more than a 128GB Pixel at another carrier, they didn't even have them in stock yet. Since then, they cut the price to $0... really bad marketing! It's a shame but I don't regret getting my Pixel

Wow! That's a bummer! But I'm glad you like your Pixel! Which carrier did you go to, if you don't mind me asking? I'm not sure if my carrier, Rogers, will sell them.

In Quebec, the only carrier that has the Z2 Play is Bell. There are 3 more in Canada but Rogers isn't one of them.

But the Pixel I got was with Rogers.

I am (the province, not the city, just to be clear ). I'm always happy to see other Canadians here!

For the Pixel it is an awesome phone. The Z2 Play would have been good too but stock Android and timely updates, you have to appreciate that!

I agree - you gotta appreciate stock Android. I do miss that from my Nexus 5.
