Motorola account required?

With the new update coming out I looked at About phone-System updates and got this message." System updates" is not available without a Motorola service account. Would you like to set up an account now? I pressed Setup and all I get is the little circle spinning. After awile it says "This is taking longer than expected. We will continue to try in the background." I've tried for two days. I was one of the ones to get the Christmas update? Any Ideas? Curious if i'll get this new update.

Didn't you set up a Moto Blur account when you got your phone?
 
I guess your talking about the initial set up.Yes. I'm usually the first to get an update. So when I got the Christmass update and my son did not I didn't think any thing about it. Things have been a little wonky since. I guess I'll wait to see if it gets pushed to me.
 
Fixed it. Checked all apps and at the bottom Motorola Services was disabled. I enabled it and received the update notice.
