Motorola Camera Connection Kit

If that USB cable can be used for other things like hooking up a 16 gig flash drive to it....that would be an easy and cheaper way too carry and transfer files on the go....:-)

yea, but I don't really root and load custom roms or kernels on my device. I want it enabled natively and from Google.

You can't just use a micro USB to female USB adapter. It must be an "OTG" cable or on the go. There are many for under $5, just check eBay. Its sad how much they are selling it for. My cable looks identical to the one advertised except mine doesn't have the M logo. I have been transferring files through USB to my microsdcard in Xoom and it works flawless. You can also stream music and videos through it.

Does anybody know how flexible is this cable? I don't want something that sticks out like a piece of stick without bending.

Do you still have the name of the seller or a link? I tried a search for the cable and haven't been able to find it.
Thanks

Could you please post how? I bought one on eBay that's said it's an OTG, but when I plug in a thumb drive, I cannot find it anywhere with ES File Explorer.

I believe HC 3.1 as distributed currently only supports USB-HID connections (i.e., keyboard and mouse) at the moment, and does not support mass storage devices (i.e., USB-key). I can install a USB key on my OTG cable, and the USB key flashes as if it is seen and recognized, but it does not mount to the file system. I think that will require a future software update or a custom kernel if you can't wait. Hopefully, that will come when the SD card slot is enabled, as they may be related (mass storage) issues.

Cheers.
