Motorola Droid Maxx Screen pale + touchscreen not working, what replacement part do I need?

Hello,
Yesterday touchscreen on my Motorola Droid Maxx stopped working (not responding to touch) and then the AMOLED screen started losing color in a time period of 2h up until the point when it became pale and started flickering.

Could anyone tell me what replacement part I need to buy and replace to fix this issue?
