Just picked up one of the Motorola Edge 50 Neo at a massive discount from the official Motorola site.
Fantastic spec and 5 years of support for €199......what could go wrong!?!
Setting up the phone I noticed that it wasn't picking up any updates (it's last years model remember)
Finished the set up......manually checked for updates with and without SIM installed......nothing.
It's on Android 14 and July '24 security!!
The phone is actually warning me that the security patch is very old.
Went online and said joined Lenovo support page.
Seems it's a common issue.
Had to download Motorola Software Fix to my computer.
