Motorola RAZR Maxx HD upgrade problem

I have just upgraded to 9.18.94 and now my internet connections don't work. Every connection I try to make returns an error message "mobile connection unavailable".

I am in South Africa on GSM network, could it be that the upgrade doesn't recognise my network after the upgrade?

Can someone suggest a solution.

Make sure that data is enabled in your settings. Another thing would be to remove the SIM card and then put it back in.
