motorola screen replacement program

I just upgraded to a Maxx 2 and the 2nd day out, fell down some marble stairs, sprained my ankle and my screen was shattered. I have a great gal at Verizon who always calls me back, and she told me that Motorola offers a one time replacement program for Turbo and Maxx 2 phones. So I paid nothing, and will have a refurbished phone soon.

I hope you are not seriously hurt! That doesn't sound good at all.
