motorola x4 occupied 14GB for operationg system. in android pie.

hi, i am using motorola X4 mobile from 3 month i received android pie official update by motorola i updated me phone but earlier i didn't noticed about my internal storage but just 2 day back i got to know that my phone occupied 14GB of o.s space called as SYSTEM STORAGE i checked online from last 2 day but not able to fix help me out.
model number is - (XT900-2) x4
android build number - PPWS29.69-26-4

Welcome to the forums. That sounds about right, 13-14GB is the size of system on that phone. Nothing to be fixed and nothing you can do about it.

Welcome to Android Central! The reason for that size is that the X4 has seamless updates. That means it has dual system partitions, which means double the usual space taken up by the OS and bloatware.
