Mounting MicroSD card?

Hey everyone!
New member but Ive been lurking for the past few months in anticipation of getting my EVO and it finally happened yesterday! I came from a touch pro 2, so obviously the difference is night and day.
I was wondering if anyone can help me out, I tried to install my old 2gig card but it gave me an error saying "Unmounted SD card" or something to that effect. I just wanted to transfer all my old pictures over to the new phone and was wondering if anyone can explain to me what to do, and if theres any app to simplify the process and just copy it all to the HD then over to the EVOs sd card. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks !

I'm not sure why that's not mounting for you.

You could put it back in the TP2, mount it on your PC, copy the files over, mount the Evo and copy the files to it.

Im not sure but ,,You may need to format it on the computer.... then when you put it in the evo it will ask you to format it using the phone
