I'm having problems mounting on the incredible's drives on my windows7 machine. windows xp works great but on windows 7 I just get the sound like it is mounting and then nothing.

I see Android Phone in my Devices I just can't mount the SD card or the internal memory. Any thoughts?

Sorry, I can't help with your problem.

But windows 7/64bit works fine for me, so it isn't an inherent problem.

Was okay for me after I loaded the HTC Sync to get the drivers.. After that no big deal. Setup SDK, got that working now about to finish setting up Eclipse.

So you load HTC Sync drives on the Windows 7 machine? Where do I get that?

I admit I don't have it set to sync anything on my computers, I use the cloud to get my data. I just wanted to hook it up to download pictures/music.

Mount your phone using it as a Disk drive, and you will find the HTC Sync there. You can just install it from there and when done, you will have the USB drivers you need.

I've not even tried to use the HTC sync after that point.

Ok, yep, when I plug it in it asks if I want to just charge, mount as a drive, use HTC sync, etc. I always select Mount as a drive so I'll try doing the sync when I get home.

Thanks

I did the same thing - had to track down HTC sync & load it up. Since then, no trouble at all with W7 64 bit.
