Hello all, I am a noob to Android, and to cell phones in general. Here's a quick synopsis of my situation.
I have cerebral palsy that effects my fine motor skills (fingers) and just recently discovered I can plug a USB mouse and keyboard into a phone and operate the phone that way. That's why I'm a noob to cell phones.
My question is, is there a way to put the mouse cursor into a "touch mode"? For example, I want to move the caption on Snapchat and I would think I could just click and drag it but when I do that, it just lets me edit the caption. I'm betting this is because Android differentiates between mouse clicks and finger taps? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
