I have been having an issue with apps disappearing from the home screen of a Samsung A3 and I have just been informed by Samsung that 'ALL APPS MUST BE LOADED INTO INTERNAL MEMORY ONLY'.
Therefore any apps that have or will be developed in future must have the 'lock to internal memory' set and must not be allowed to move to any SD memory.
If this is not the case, then someone needs to kick Samsung up the backside as they have clearly told me that all my apps MUST BE ON INTERNAL/PHONE MEMORY ONLY and not moved to the SD card.
