Moved storage to SD card, now cannot connect in car bluetooth properly

I was having storage problems with my S4 so I transferred everything in my phone storage files onto the SD card. Now when I try to play music in my car or use the phone via bluetooth it wont work (it did work before I moved the files) and says it cannot find any media files on the phone. It does connect just doesnt work. Please help!

Welcome to Android Central! What exactly did you move to SD, and how did you move it? If you indiscriminately moved folders using the file manager app, it might cause confusion for the system, since apps may still be expecting to find their data on Internal Storage.

Also, which version of Android is the phone running?
