Moves app registers and loses data

Dear all,

I have been using the Samsung Note 5 for several weeks and the Moves app doesn't seem to be able to save my steps - if I go jogging it records my steps but then goes back to 0. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I just lost over 1,000 steps on my app for no reason at all! Right in the middle of an hour work out! I've read that it supposedly deducts what it thinks isn't steps. At one point My app said 6,120 and then suddenly 5,120 then down down to 4,830..... I don't understand. Hopefully we find out some kind of answer, cause I'm not very happy!
