Moving apk files???? Help Please!

Hey all,I have a rooted android...Im trying to free up space on my internal memory...I have files such as superuser,titanium etc and my question is can i safely move the apk file from the internal memory to the external sd card?? Or after the app is installed do I still need the apk file on my phone?? Yes im a newbie..lol Thanks!!

No you can't relocate the app after its been installed. Basically sdcard/external storage has become useless to installing apps. It's mainly used for storing media.

Btw, what Android device do you have?

I have an optimus no so elite...lol so im guessing im screwed on freeing up internal mem space... i should just install my new launcher and apps etc to the external sd then??

I pretty much am getting rid of alot on my phone and starting over in hopes that new task managrs juice defend etc will help it run smoother...
